The South Redford School District does not provide any type of health or accident insurance for injuries incurred by your child at school. However, parents and guardians can purchase a plan, which provides supplemental accidental bodily injury insurance coverage. The plan covers accidental bodily injury and is underwritten by the Guarantee Trust Life Insurance Company.  The agent is the First Agency, contact information is as follows:

Parents and guardians interested in purchasing the plan should carefully review the coverage as outlined in the 2012-13 brochure to determine their participation in the plan. The application is located on the last page of the brochure.
To enroll your child in this accident plan, it is necessary to proceed as follows:
1.Obtain an application in the principal’s office, athletic department or click the link above.
2.Detach and complete the envelope. Please retain the brochure for future reference.
3.Print name, address, and other information clearly.
